Technician’s Note: Pre-mix systems operate under high pressure to keep the soda carbonated. If you find the valve is “spitting” or creating too much foam, use a flat-head screwdriver to tighten the adjustment screw (turn clockwise) until the flow calms. Because this valve uses a 1/4″ barb, we recommend using a 10.5mm Oetiker Stepless Clamp for a permanent, leak-proof seal. To keep the valve operating smoothly, soak the nozzle in warm water daily to prevent “sugar-gluing” of the internal squeeze mechanism.
