Application Instructions
Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free of standing water or materials that could hinder adhesion; pressure wash with a strong alkaline detergent (acid cleaning is insufficient)
Apply evenly by spray or roller at 350-400 sq ft per gallon; use a short-napped, solvent-resistant sleeve for roller application
Apply a thin additional layer at 400 sq ft per gallon the following day for extra gloss or on highly porous surfaces
Allow 24 hours before a second coat, if needed; avoid heavy single applications
