SpecPatch 15 works for horizontal and vertical applications, and can be shaped by shaving or sanding once set. It reaches usable strength quickly, with excellent freeze-thaw resistance and minimal shrinkage.

Application Instructions
Ensure the concrete is sound and free of oil, grease, dust, laitance, or other contaminants
Saw-cut the perimeter 1/8″ deeper than the repair depth for a notched, reinforced edge
Mechanically abrade to a minimum CSP of 5, keeping surfaces SSD with no standing water
Clean exposed steel reinforcement of rust and coat with SpecPrep SB
Mix 6.75-7.25 pints of clean water per 50 lb bag with a low-speed drill for 2-3 minutes until homogenous
Optionally mix with SpecChem StrongBond Acrylic Bonder (neat or 1:1 with water) for thin, high-traffic horizontal applications to boost durability and bond strength
Finish to match surrounding concrete texture; moist cure for 48 hours, protecting from rain, sun, and wind until 70% of 28-day strength is reached
